Cathy is an experienced and skilled Occupational Therapist with over 20 years’ experience providing occupational therapy assessment and intervention services to people across the lifespan. Her experience includes both inpatient and community-based settings in the public and private sectors.
Cathy’s clinical experience has enabled her to conduct thorough functional capacity and medico-legal assessments across Queensland and New South Wales. She has provided independent assessments including advice and recommendations in the management of clients who have sustained an illness, injury and/or disability to facilitate independent living.

Elliott Mate

Elliott is an AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist who has been involved in the NDIS since its inception in 2013. He began as a support worker whilst studying Occupational Therapy. He graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2017 and commenced with a not-for-profit NDIS provider before transitioning into an Occupational Rehabilitation position, providing services as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

Jessica Harper

Jess commenced her occupational therapy career with a non-for-profit organisation providing services to children and their families in the framework of the NDIS. Jess then transitioned to providing occupational therapy services to adolescents, adults, and the elderly in the context of the NDIS and aged care. She has experience working with diverse and complex disabilities and health conditions, including but not limited to neurological, physical, and psychosocial conditions.

William Howcroft

Following the completion of a Bachelor of Health Sciences of a Master of Occupational Therapy, William commenced work as a Rehabilitation Consultant for the ADF. In this capacity, his experience includes a range of diagnoses including physical disability, neurological and spinal cord injuries, amputees, traumatic and acquired brain injury, and psychosocial diagnoses. He is experienced in ADL and functional capacity assessments within the client’s home and providing recommendations to ensure the client reaches their optimal level of function.
William is regarded by his referrers and colleagues as an empathetic clinician, who provides comprehensive reports.
